gov express concerns over death of a turkikh lady in

Oslo, Jan 09,
2010 – Turkish Froreign Minister, Ahmet Davutoglu has
expressed deep concern over the death of a Turkish lady in
Oslo, Norway.
Døndu Tulum
(63) died while police was engaged in a battle with male
members of her familiy outside the apartment at Toyen, Oslo
recently.
It is
reported that she died of heart attack where Ambolance
alledely could not reached at the proper time.
Turkish
foreign minister Ahmet Davutoglu now expresses concern about
the death and require a response from the Norwegian
authorities.
- We are sorry that one of our citizens lost their lives in
Norway. It is our duty to protect the rights of all our
citizens. It is also about human rights. We have officially
asked the Norwegian authorities investigate the case, "says
Davutoglu according

Faced with VG
Nett acknowledge the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs
(MFA) as the embassy in Ankara has received a formal
communiqué from the Turkish authorities.
- Embassy in Ankara has received a letter from the Turkish
Foreign Ministry where they ask for an explanation of the
circumstances surrounding the death you mention, says

He said the letter came in yesterday and that the Embassy
has sent its reply.
- Our Embassy has responded Turkish Foreign Ministry that it
is delivered in a formal complaint about the circumstances
of relatives and that it will be considered by the relevant
Norwegian authorities, that we await the outcome of the
appeal process, and will keep the Turkish authorities
informed, "said Svenungsen.
Did not all the way
Death is described as natural, but the family believes that
the woman would be alive if the ambulance and AMK-center had
reacted faster.
According to the conservatory, the first phone from the site
to 113 at 11:31 Sunday and that the center had to call up to
get the correct address.
Ambulance requested assistance from the police because they
considered the next of kin as threatening. The ambulance
arrived at 11:42, but did not dare drive all the way.
